MURAL FESTIVAL 2017
Crossing Gothic Backlight Photography Street Sign Installation Mural 2017 Another year, another success. MURAL in it's 5th edition had everything, Muralist from all over the world, local talents highlighting local themes and great weather showcasing an opening to the summer festival season with a BANG. 10 new murals including Jackie Robinson and Leonard Cohen tributes. I participated with a backlight Photography Street Sign Installation showing 'Crossing', a themed play on traditional street sign highlighting a mirrored double exposure with a negative stencil of a girl. The framework was built to burn, meaning I set it on fire to bring a unique texture of charcoal matching the texture present in the photography.
