Mural Festival 2016 MTL - Recap & Wrap up

I've been looking forward to participating at this event every since year one (2012). Yes I do Murals, but I wanted to challenge myself to being the only photographic artist to ever participate. That I did! Building on my street sign installations, I built from recycled material (80%), a back lit street sign highlighting my panoramic and stencil photographic skills. The footing is a wood palette with steel street post holding up a shallow light box showcasing my photography. Taking street item and street photography back to the streets

With installation came curiosity. Many friends asked me when I was gonna be around, hanging out with my installation. Only thing is that's not really the way installations work. So I told them that on the final Saturday I would hangout for a couple hours so they can see me with my installation. Things is Artist get distracted. So I ended up doing a live painting during my time hanging out. using photographic stencils, spray paint and paint makers I made this:

As a photographer I also hung out and took some photos, here's some highlights...

Until the next adventure....
